Located in the heart of downtown, The Owl Garage was introduced to Roanoke in 1920 as a first of its kind, 24-7 auto shop.  Over a century later, the building has been reimagined as a small knit community of 18 loft-style apartments and Jaybird Tavern.  The property is the latest installment of award-winning properties by Bill Chapman Inc., Roanoke’s leader in modern design and sustainability.  The property is managed by the Richmond Loft Company, providing high level customer service throughout downtown.
